United States Shipping Rates

USPS Standard Shipping 1 lb - 120 lb $12.95 + calculated sales tax
USPS Priority Shipping 0 lb- 70 lb $18.95 + calculated sales tax
UPS Ground Any Weight 24.95 + calculated sales tax

UPS 1 Day Air Calculated based on weight & shipping location + calculated sales tax

-All U.S.A. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49 USD's or more will ship to you for free! There is NO weight limit on the free economy shipping offer.
-Free shipping discount offer is for economy shipping service that includes a shipment tracking information for your order package(s). At this time there is no end date set for this free shipping discount offer. We may choose to terminate this offer at any time, without prior notice.

-All orders are shipped U.S.P.S. & UPS only.

-All orders are shipped with tracking information. 
-If you prefer a U.S.P.S. or UPS shipping service method that is not listed on our website, then contact us before you complete your checkout process to make these arrangements & complete your order with your desired shipping method preference.
-UPS cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or to military bases. These orders must be shipped via U.S. Mail.

U.S.A. Buyers: Taxes are automatically calculated based on your location, & they are included in your shipping cost. The calculated sales tax charges are available for you to review in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase. -We ARE NOT responsible for item(s) ordered incorrectly by the buyer. If you place an order for the incorrect item, then you should contact us immediately. We can cancel the order or incorrect item(s) as long as your order has not been processed for shipping. Once your order is shipped to you, then it is considered a final sale & we are unable to cancel it at this time. You will need your order # from your purchase & the email address that you used when placing your order on our website. You can also track your order via the Arrive app on your order status page. Additionally, you can choose to add a phone number or email address after you have completed your order to receive shipping updates via text &/or email. Return Policy

UN-Deliverable/Refused Package Delivery Policy

-It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with the correct shipping address information for your order. We accept no responsibility for incorrect or invalid shipping address information provided by the buyer, & these orders will be subject to our UN-deliverable/refused package policy.

BuyerIn the event that your package is UN-deliverable or refused, then the buyer will be refunded the order subtotal purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee of your order subtotal, & the cost of the return shipping, once the package returns to us in acceptable condition. This applies to orders that used a free shipping discount offer code at checkout. If the buyer paid for shipping fees, then the original shipping charges will not be refunded to the buyer, & the buyer will be charged only a 10% restocking fee of the order merchandise subtotal, alternatively, as well as charged for the return shipping cost. All sales tax fees paid by the buyer will be refunded. If the package does not return in acceptable condition, then no refund will be issued.

-For UN-deliverable & refused package delivery orders, the buyer will need to place a new order on our website if you would like us to redeliver your order merchandise.

-Refunds will be issued to the buyer within 10 business days of receipt of UN-deliverable/refused package(s) delivery orders into our possession, & that are in acceptable condition.

(Acceptable condition is defined as merchandise that is able to be returned to inventory stock supply upon receipt of your package(s).)

-Because of the discreet, sensitive, and personal nature of the products that we sell, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to hygienic/sanitary reasons. All sales are final.

-By law, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely non-returnable. This protects you and our other customers. We are not responsible for defects of damage caused by customer error.

Merchandise Warranty

We are authorized re-sellers, and our warranty is provided directly by the brand manufacturer of the product.

A manufacturer warranty offers more extensive product warranties when you register with them and are included with many products. Products that are defective during the manufacturer's warranty period should be sent directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your sales receipt enclosed. See the manufacturers' warranty for further instructions & refer to the manufacturer of the product for warranty information of the item(s). Please check the manufacturer's website of the product for details of the product warranty.

We do have some exceptions of our no return/refund policy listed below: 

-Manufacturer defective battery-operated items' with a mechanical defect are accepted for a return & exchange of your purchase price. Check the functionality of your item(s) before use, to ensure that they are fully operable & free of mechanical defect before use. No refund/exchange can be issued for anything that has been used (not even one time).

Return Policy for Manufacture Defective Merchandise

Manufacturer defective items should be reported to us as soon as possible, & MUST be reported to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact us at sales@CenterPointFashion.com with your order # & email address that you used at checkout, as well as the details regarding your defective item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You MUST ship the defective item back to us in the original retail packaging & include the original packing slip. This information explaining the defective item return process is also written on the packing slip that you receive in your order package shipment. The warehouse return processing recipient will need this information to complete your return & exchange or refund you for the defective item. Once the defective item is received & processed. Then, we will verify the defect, & that the product is in defined condition (unused, in the original packaging, the original packing slip enclosed, & your preference of a replacement or a refund is written on the original packing slip). At this time, your replacement item will be shipped to you. You will receive your replacement item shipment tracking information from us via email. If you have indicated that you would like a refund instead of a replacement, then a refund will be issued to you within 10 business days of receiving your defective returned item into our possession.

-Please refer to the manufacturer of the product with any issues that arise after 30 days of your purchase date or if you have already used the product within the first 30 days following your purchase date.

Return Policy for Items Damaged During Shipment/Transit Handling/Wrong Item Received

Any orders received damaged during shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order shipment package. If the damage is visible on the exterior of the box, then please photograph this damage, or if any concealed damage is found upon opening your order package, then email us with these photos when reporting the damage. We will also need your order number & the email address that you used at checkout so that we can process this return. The photos are needed for our records, & also for the shipment service provider to review (U.S.P.S. or UPS). Please keep the original shipping box and packing materials. You must return these items within 7 days of receiving them. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you to return your damaged order item(s). We will ship replacement merchandise to you at no cost to you, once the damaged merchandise is received by us, and the damages are consistent with your provided photographic evidence that you sent to us when reporting these damages. Your replacement merchandise will ship out to you within 1-2 business days (Excluding major U.S. holidays) of receipt of the damaged/wrong item merchandise into our possession. You will receive a shipment tracking number from us via email within 4 calendar days (excluding major U.S. holidays) of receipt of your damaged/wrong item returned merchandise into our possession, so that you can track your new replacement order item(s) package shipment. This policy also applies in the event that you receive incorrect item(s) in your order shipment package. Please keep the original shipping box and packing materials. You must return these items within 7 days of receiving them. Or, if there is a quantity shortage of your ordered item(s) upon receipt of your order package(s). You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order shipment package, with your order # & the email address that you used at checkout. We will reship the correct items to you at no cost to you. We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you, to return wrongly shipped item(s) additionally. This is highly unlikely, as our distributors have over 25 years of experience in shipping merchandise.

Delivery Policy

-Your delivery time frame is dependent upon the shipping service method that you purchase at checkout. Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping service provider; U.S.P.S. or UPS. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your package(s). Delivery time frames are entirely dependent upon the shipping service provider.

Please reference your order number or the email address that you used at checkout when placing your order, along with your concern about the order if your package(s) are not tracking in the online system, If you suspect that your package(s) are missing, then please reach out to us as soon as possible, so that we help you to find your package(s) & investigate into their current location in the shipping process to you. In the event that your order is lost in the shipping process of delivery to you, we will complete an investigation with the shipping service provider. Once this investigation is complete with the shipping service provider, then we will reship your missing package(s) merchandise & provide you with a new tracking number(s) in the occurrence of your package(s) become lost by a shipping service provider during transit to you during the shipping process.
